How to Raise a Complaint With Robotsigns Tree Service

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches out to Robotsigns Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics We Want to Hear About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Robotsigns Tree Service
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

When the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work at your home, the usual first step is to talk to the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Robotsigns Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@robotsigns.garden and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help as well.
